Worked both awesome and awful for me.
It found the right lyrics, but only copied like the first 30% of them into iTunes. That only helps with the lyrics 30%, and it's usually more satisfying to have 100% of them.
Pros: So it gets the lyrics all right, at least for me.
Cons: But just not all of them.
